LIFE

Life is all about learning, everyday you see new things, wired stuffs, challenging circumstances or  you  find yourself in just difficult situations .Its not how you manage to get through it but what lesson you get from it.Here are five ways to deal with life troubles.

1. Be with the people who love and care about you
 When life gives you lemon make a lemonade by surrounding yourself with people who will show you true love and care, this includes your family, friends or spouse,and be careful because with the people you think are close because not all of them means well.

2. Sing!!!!!!
Music is the best therapy in the world, when you rich a point your life is all about huge mountains climb them with a song. You don't need to be the best singer in the world a point like this, you don't need to wear the best voice just sing and sing and don't bother who is listening because you are in your world of bravery and this could go along with dancing,shake it off like you will never do it again.

3. Spend time with kids
Aren't kids just adorable? If you are feeling lost kids will help you find your way back, just go into the kids world, their sweet smell is so therapeutic, how they cry like little birds,how they walk like they are going to fall down but still move anyway, how they crawl and hold onto you or objects isn't it enough to show you life has to move on no matter what, crawl, hold onto people and other objects, fall down and cry like a baby, they no someone is going to pick them up.

4. Go on a nature walk
Life can be trouble,job, family, friend, everywhere and everything you do at some point  isn't just turning to be what you expected. Appreciate life anyway by taking a nature walk, go to the forest and hear the birds singing, watch the tress swinging their branches because they just cant avoid the appreciating life by swinging their leaves and some will drop the leaves for you to salute you for going through hard time and still keeping your head high.

 5. Rest
 Like they say, when you are depressed, deep rest is best. Sometimes we worry ourselves with lots and lots of problems that come on our way, we try day in day out to fix them, marriage is not working, too much pressure at work, break up, loss of loved one,financial crisis business is not making profits, kids are becoming uncontrollable and all fingers are pointing at you, take a break, relax and rest your brains off.
